John Oliveira Reports on
Aviation Activities in the Northwest

John reports that the Jefferson County Airport (0S9) in Port Townsend, WA on the Olympic Peninsula is very active with a lot of homebuilt and restoration activity going on. He said there are airplane noises all of the time.

PORT TOWNSEND AERO MUSEUM
The museum has a program that teaches high school kids to fly if they participate in an apprenticeship like program helping to restore aircraft.  All of the aircraft at the museum are in flying condition and most are flown periodically.
